Cancellation Policy 2014
If a reservation is cancelled between 7 & 3 Days prior to arrival date, kindly note that one night will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, kindly note that 50% of the whole stay will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled in the last 24 Hours prior to arrival, full payment of the whole stay will be charged.
All refunds made via credit card are subject to 5% credit card and administration charges.
Due to our hotel being of small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Thus last minute cancellations leave us little chance of filling the reserved space. Regretfully, we have to uphold a strict cancellation policy.
