  • Oct 3, 2020

...enjoy a mouthwatering ice-cream all-year-round!

Malta’s subtropical climate and 3000 hours of sunshine mean that you can enjoy a mouthwatering ice-cream all-year-round. Many locals will also admit that an ice-cream in autumn or winter is a tastier affair – as you can savour the taste slowly, without having to worry about your ice-cream oeuvre d’art melting in seconds.

Fortunately, the islands are equipped with some ice-cool gelaterias that will satiate your ice-cream cravings and will keep you coming back for more. Here’s our top ten.

Nowadays, it offers a whopping 120 flavours – which rotate weekly – meaning that you’ll always find something unique at Sottozero. Furthermore, the Factory also offers a range of gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, vegan and fat-free flavours, as well as the famous Sicilian-style granita, made from locally-sourced fruits.
