They say you should learn a new thing every day; learning to pamper yourself should be on the list too we think. We all lead such busy lives and feel guilty when we take time off. Staying in a boutique hotel is a treat. We admit it. But not something you should feel guilty about. Indeed, we’d like to teach you to relax and indulge.

A short break in the Spring time works wonders for the soul. You can travel solo or in company – either way it will Regenerate and rejuvenate your spirit and allow you to slough off the Winter blues and get ready for the year ahead.

You don’t even need to take too much time off work as flights are scheduled for regular intervals (there’s one form Heathrow at 8.30pm) and Malta is reachable in around 3 hours from most European cities and its climate, culture and architecture immediately let you know you are somewhere special. Somewhere that commands your attention. Somewhere that makes you stop and say ‘wow’.

You can learn all about our way of life, the history, the art and the crafts, or you can take a course on one of many subjects from calligraphy to photography, meditation workshops to cooking classes. How about learning the intricate art of filagree? A one day taster workshop is available.

Perhaps theatre is more your thing? Creative writing perhaps? Olive oil tasting or even cheese making…. yoga classes, sound healing workshops and art classes are all available for one day, weekends and longer. Even opera appreciation, lace making and stone carving. Hmm. It could be a busy break!

The Casa Ellul concierge will arrange everything for you; bookings, transport and even shipping back any of your creations. After all, you’re here to relax.
